In order to make sure that the shipment always reaches on time, there should be a timely communication between the consignor, the logistics partner and the consignee.
  3. Shifting from Market to Network-based Communication – Logistics companies focus on their geographic markets and make decisions by themselves on a day-to-day basis. In this interdependent and networked world, these companies need to work in coordination, which requires collaboration and cooperation. Everyone should focus on adding value instead of playing zero-sum game.

For a logistics company, it is vital to send fast and accurate information, along with enhancing their infrastructure to offer a good and well-maintained communication from time to time.
