Dashboard: A user interface that organizes and presents information in a way that is easy to read
Data is, by nature, kinda dull. It’s very hard to do analysis in numerical data (we all know how boring excel can be).
That’s why we think it’s vital to have a visible, clearly accessible (and always-on) display machine in your office so that you can see the metrics. The reason it’s important to share visibly is that you should be seeing the data not just when you’re thinking of it, but *all* *the* *time*.

At first, you will be asked to upload all the details of your shipment into a CSV file. The CSV file is available to you on the dashboard as a template.
This is the first thing you will see when you log on to your dashboard (remember, these screenshots are just for the purpose of showcasing as a visual representation). You can access the data of the shipments sent within a certain span of time. The number of orders made for shipping is the central attraction of the dashboard. Things like unprocessed, failed, processed and scheduled statistics constitute in a whole as total orders.
Besides the summarised information of your shipments, you can look into the complete details too. By scrolling towards the left side of the screen, you will find ‘Shipments Life Cycle’. Here, you can look into all your created (processed), unprocessed, scheduled and failed shipments in detail.
For example, in the ‘Create Orders (Shipments)’ tab, you can see the status of your shipments with their complete shipping details. A similar look is for ‘Unprocessed’, ‘Scheduled’ and ‘Failed” tabs.
Moving on to the ‘Tracking’ tab. This shows you a summary of all your shipments, whether they are inbound, in transit, delivered, returned to origin (RTO), or non-delivery report (NDR). And throughout your navigation across the tabs, you will have access to a chat box too, where our dedicated customer care will be there to solve your queries. Satisfying, isn’t it?
